Reservation

Reservations will only be confirmed once a 50% deposit payment of the total rental fee has been received. The remaining amount must be paid prior to boarding.

Cancellation Conditions

• 25% of deposit: All reservations canceled more than 1 month before the boarding date.
• 50% of deposit: All reservations canceled between 30 and 7 days before the boarding date.
• Non-refundable: All reservations canceled less than 7 days before the boarding date.

Adverse Weather Conditions

In the event that weather conditions prevent the rental from taking place on the reserved date, the reservation will be rescheduled for another date based on availability. Otherwise, the client will receive a 100% refund of the import fee.

8-Hour Rental

The rental time starts from the confirmed departure time. Late arrival does not extend the duration. (We offer a 30-minute grace period in case of delay.)

No-Show Policy

The vessel remains available until 3:00 PM. After that time, the reservation will be considered a no-show unless otherwise agreed.
